Websites for churches

A welcoming website. A lighter load for your team.

Show people where they belong—and make the everyday work behind your ministry easier to manage.

Start with the experience you want people to have.

Help a new family plan a visit. Let someone find a sermon, give through your approved provider, or request a room without a long chain of messages.

We can shape the website and the useful connections around your church’s actual needs. You keep control of the content, the accounts and the decisions.

Three visual directions to explore.

Classic navy and gold, warm cream and clay, or a bold media-focused design. Each can use the technology options that fit your church.

What can technology do for your church?

A visitor should see a welcoming website. Behind it, your staff should have a clearer way to keep things moving.

01

An assistant for sermon preparation.

Start with the pastor’s own outline, notes or approved material. An AI assistant can suggest clearer wording, organize the message, and draft discussion questions or a study handout.

The pastor checks Scripture references, theology and the final wording before anything is used or published.

02

Volunteer schedules without the phone chase.

Team members can respond to serving requests, share when they are unavailable, and receive reminders. Leaders can see which positions still need someone.

We can connect the website to your supported Planning Center tools so people know where to sign up and check their schedule.

03

Giving and pledges that are easy to follow.

Help people reach your church’s giving page, choose a one-time or recurring gift, find receipts, and follow their pledge progress through your approved giving provider.

Donors choose and authorize their gifts. We explain any provider fees and setup costs before you commit.

04

Room rentals from request to confirmation.

A visitor chooses a room and requested date, then supplies the details your staff needs. Staff review the request and availability. Once approved, the reservation is recorded on the church calendar and the agreed payment request and confirmation are prepared.

Keep room use, approval, payment status and cancellation rules together. We agree what runs automatically and what needs staff approval.

A warmer welcome for first-time visitors.

Show service times, directions, accessibility information and what families can expect. An optional visit question goes to the right team, who can follow up using the visitor’s chosen contact method.

Help a new visitor feel prepared without making them create an account or share unnecessary information.

Event signups that stay organized.

People find the event, register, and pay through your approved provider when needed. Staff can see signups in one place and send the agreed confirmations or reminders.

Connect the website to supported church event tools instead of maintaining separate lists by hand.

Watch the service right on your website.

Put your supported live video player on a clear Watch page, with service times and an easy way to find the latest recording after the service.

We check the video host’s embedding permissions and make the watch page useful on phones as well as computers.

08

A sermon library that is easier to keep current.

When your team marks a recording ready, a custom connection can upload it to a supported video host and prepare its library entry with a consistent title, date, speaker and series. Searchable categories and draft descriptions help people find the message they need.

Your team chooses which recordings are published and whether titles or AI-written descriptions need review. The setup depends on your video host and access.

Bring Church Center into the website.

Help people reach the giving, groups, events and volunteer features you already use in Church Center. Where supported, we can place the appropriate calendar, media or registration experience directly on your website.

We check your Planning Center products, permissions and subscription before agreeing the connections. You do not have to replace a working church system.

Start with the job your team needs done.

You might need a better welcome page, a simpler room-request process, or fewer hours organizing recordings. We agree your tools, staff approvals, exact scope and costs first.

Before you commit

Questions about your website project.

How much does a website cost?

Website work receives a written quote. The page count, content, connections, revisions, payment terms and ongoing costs are agreed before you commit. We do not advertise a low starting price that leaves the important work undefined.

Can you improve the site I already have?

Yes. Tell us what is frustrating you and which parts you want to keep. We can scope clearer wording, a better mobile experience, repaired customer paths or a larger redesign after reviewing your current site and access.

Do I have to know the technical terms?

No. Describe what someone needs to do—for example, request a room, choose an appointment or find a sermon. We translate that into an agreed plan and explain the costs in ordinary language.

Will the church demo include every connection?

The demos show design ideas and simulated actions. Your project quote identifies the real features, supported providers, staff approvals and ongoing costs. All three visual styles can be paired with the capabilities that fit your church.

What happens after launch?

The agreed handoff explains how to request or make content changes, publish an update and check the important customer paths. Ongoing care is available with its work and cost defined in writing.
