Standard bookings and quoted visits

Standard packages can be booked and paid for in Acuity once included travel for the exact address is confirmed and the required equipment/materials are ready. Extra work, higher-priced package tiers, supplied materials, travel charges, rush visits, special hours and listed holidays require a written quote. We agree the complete total and available time before payment and manual scheduling.

Hours and booking window

Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. All times are Eastern. Standard appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice and can be booked up to 30 days ahead. Calendar commitments and travel time determine available appointments.

Appointment surcharges

Rush appointments starting in less than 24 hours add $50. Appointments scheduled partly or entirely outside regular hours add $50. Listed holidays add $100. These fees stack, once each per visit, and special appointments depend on availability. All three together add $200.

Delays caused by us do not create extra fees.

Holiday dates

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve. Black Friday uses regular rates.

Travel

We serve Midland, Saginaw, Bay City, Mount Pleasant and surrounding communities. The first 30 driving miles one way from our Midland dispatch location are included. Beyond that, additional miles are rounded up and charged at $2 each, with a $25 minimum travel fee. One travel fee covers the visit and return trip. Addresses within Mount Pleasant city limits have no travel fee.

We confirm your address-based travel charge in the written quote before payment. Examples: 35 miles adds $25; 45 miles adds $30; 60 miles adds $60.
