Scope and payment
Standard packages are paid when booking in Acuity. Extra work, higher-priced tiers, supplied materials, travel charges and special appointments receive a written quote first. The scope, complete total, available time and payment terms are approved before payment and manual scheduling. Additional work requires your approval. Custom projects also receive written deliverables and ongoing costs before you commit.
Equipment and materials
Equipment, materials, paid software, games and subscriptions are extra unless expressly included. Required materials and their costs are approved before payment.
Prepare for the visit
Have the equipment, working power/internet where required, and access to relevant accounts ready. Keep ownership and control of your accounts. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or sensitive documents through our question form.
Appointment allowances and additional work
Appointment allowances help define the visit; additional charges require approval, and delays caused by us do not create extra fees. Larger or more complex work is quoted separately.
Fees and travel
Read the approved hours, holiday dates and travel rules. Applicable rush, special-hours and holiday fees stack once each per visit.
Cancellation and refunds
