Know your options if plans change.
At least 24 hours’ notice
Cancel for a full refund of your service booking, including travel and appointment surcharges, or reschedule without a change fee.
Less than 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations, rescheduling, and missed visits carry one $50 fee. The remaining booking payment is refunded or applied toward the replacement appointment. Genuine emergencies are reviewed individually.
Missed visits
If we cannot gain access after waiting 15 minutes and attempting to contact you, the missed-visit rule applies.
If we cancel
Choose a full refund or reschedule without a change fee.
If we cannot complete the agreed service
Choose a follow-up at no extra charge or a refund for the uncompleted service and its associated fees. Assessments and training are complete when the promised review, instruction, and recommendations are delivered.
Refund timing
We initiate eligible refunds within two business days. Card refunds usually appear another 5–10 business days later, depending on your bank.
Rescheduling
The replacement appointment is priced for its new date, time, address, and selected services.
Custom projects and separately ordered materials
Cancellation terms are provided with the quote before payment.
