Plan a website like this

Your written scope defines the actual pages, live connections, approved prices, policies and ongoing costs. Real customer work is published only with permission.

Start with your customer

What should your website help people do?

You do not need to know the technical terms. Choose a goal and we will help define a useful first version.

Know what you will receive

Your written scope names the pages, content, contact or booking features, mobile layout, launch checks, revision allowance and handoff. Every example feature is optional until it is included in that scope.

We test the agreed contact, booking and payment paths before launch. A visual design alone does not prove a working connection.

Know the complete cost

We separate the build price from domain renewal, hosting, email, payment-processing fees, licensed tools and any optional maintenance. Your plan names who pays each cost, the renewal terms and any usage limits.

No software purchase, subscription or paid AI usage is added without your approval. A website can be planned without AI.

Understand ownership and access

Before work begins, agree control of the domain, accounts, content, custom code and delivered files. We explain the access and export options for the chosen platform, plus any licenses or third-party restrictions.

Choose a handoff you can use: how to request changes, what you can edit, where backups belong and how to move the site if needed.

Understand your part and aftercare

You approve the scope, supply or approve business information and images, review the draft and approve launch. We organize the work and tell you when an answer or existing-account sign-in is needed.

Your agreement states the launch support window, included corrections and how later changes are priced. Ongoing maintenance is discussed separately.

Website projects are scoped individually. Ask for a plan that fits your budget; the complete price is agreed before any build or payment.
