Scam & account safety

Feel more confident with your accounts and devices.

Patient help with safer everyday habits and settings, including suspicious requests that may use AI-generated voices or messages. Start with a question; we agree the scope and price before a visit.

Accounts you choose

We agree the number of accounts and supported devices first. Review sign-in and recovery settings, set up supported multi-factor authentication, and discuss unique passwords and password-manager options.

You enter passwords and codes. Account recovery information stays under your control; a paid tool is optional and requires your approval.

A practical safety checklist

Review agreed update and privacy settings. Practice recognizing urgent payment demands, unexpected sign-in links and impersonation. Receive a written checklist of the settings reviewed and actions you can repeat.

This is guidance and setup assistance. The visit’s account count, time allowance, supported tools and complete price are confirmed in writing.

A simple family check

If a caller claims to be a relative in trouble, pause and call the person using a number you already know. A familiar-sounding voice is not enough to confirm identity. Agree a family verification plan before an urgent request arrives.

Know what this service covers

We help with education and agreed settings. Protection cannot be guaranteed. Recovering stolen money, forensic investigation, enterprise monitoring and emergency incident response are outside this offering.

If money has already been sent, contact your bank or payment provider promptly through a known, official channel. Report a scam through ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

The question is free. This is an inquiry, not a reservation or purchase; paid work begins only after scope and price are agreed. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, banking details or private screenshots.
