Smart TV and streaming setup
One TV and up to five streaming apps.
Set up one TV on your existing network and activate up to five streaming apps, using accessible accounts and compatible services. We review picture and sound settings and demonstrate operation. One TV-platform account setup, such as Vizio or Roku, is included if needed.
An additional TV during the same visit is $89, including five apps. Apps above five are $15 per activation, per TV. Creating an additional streaming-service account is $20 each, in addition to any extra-app activation charge. Subscriptions are paid separately to their providers. Account recovery and extended provider troubleshooting require a separate quote.

Before your visit
Have TV models, the app list, working internet and access to account emails/passwords ready. Do not send passwords through the form.
If we cannot complete the agreed service, choose a follow-up at no extra charge or a refund for the uncompleted service and its associated fees. Read the policy.
