Gaming console setup
One console, one TV, controllers and parental settings.
Set up one console with one existing TV, up to two controllers and three user profiles. We connect it to your existing internet, configure picture and sound, apply available updates, and demonstrate operation. Basic parental controls, spending restrictions, and play-time settings are included with the parent’s approval.
Allow up to 90 minutes. We can start downloads for up to two customer-owned games; large downloads continue afterward. Games, subscriptions, accessories, repairs, account recovery, and full library transfers are extra or separately quoted.

If we cannot complete the agreed service, choose a follow-up at no extra charge or a refund for the uncompleted service and its associated fees. Read the policy.
