Computer Speed-Up — $89 (remote)
Virus & Malware Cleanup — $120 · $160 heavy infections
Data Transfer & Backup Setup — $129 for up to 100 GB. Larger transfers, recovery work, drives, and cloud subscriptions are quoted separately.
Device Triage Add-On — $49 to evaluate an additional device during an already-booked visit or session.

We connect remotely, find what is actually slowing it down, and clear it out while you watch. Most sessions take about 90 minutes.
You have a new device and everything is still on the old one
We move your files, photos and accounts across remotely, and set the new one up the way you actually use it. About an hour.
You would rather someone just came and did it
We come to you, set the new device up, move everything over, and stay until it works. In-home visits are available in Michigan.
