We connect remotely, reproduce what is going wrong, and fix it — or tell you plainly if it cannot be fixed. About an hour.
It only misbehaves on the computer at home
We come to you and fix it on the machine where it actually goes wrong. First hour included; we confirm the visit and total first. In-home visits are available in Michigan.
In-home visits are available in Michigan only. The first 30 miles one way are included. Beyond that a travel fee applies: $2 per mile over 30, with a $25 minimum (a 60-mile trip is $60). If we cannot confirm the driving distance, we review the booking by hand and tell you the fee before anything is charged.
