What we use it for

We use what you send us to answer you and to do the work you have asked us about. That is what these forms are for.

Sending a form is not a purchase

None of the five forms on this website takes a payment. None of them asks for a card number. None of them charges you anything.

Sending one starts a conversation. It does not place an order and it does not commit you to anything. The /order page says the same thing in its own words: "Preorder only — nothing is charged online. Reserve yours and we'll confirm the design proof, price, and shipping before anything is made or charged." So does the website-design page: "nothing to pay until you've agreed exactly what we're building."

None of these forms signs you up for marketing text messages.

Spam protection

Spam protection is enabled on our forms.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us while your enquiry or our work together is active, and we delete it periodically once we no longer need it — except where we have to keep a record of an actual transaction for accounting, tax, or a dispute, or where there is another legitimate business reason to keep it.
